In short, our goal is to help you (and your team) reach your maximum potential in your sport.
To get a personalized mental training plan, you’ll need a psychological evaluation. At the end of this evaluation, the psychologist will offer some recommendations during a meeting (online or in-office) scheduled at your convenience. If you choose to proceed, you’ll set therapeutic goals (SMART goals) to ensure the therapeutic process aligns with your expectations.
